Pilates Circuit* is a unique Pilates class that's a fantastic way to get a full-body workout. The class utilizes a variety of Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, to help you work your core, strength, and flexibility.
The class is typically divided into stations, where you will focus on different exercises for a set amount of time. This helps to keep the class challenging and engaging.
