Pilates Reformer classes utilize specialized equipment for a challenging, low-impact workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and precise movements. 

Fit & Flow classes are mat-based and may include Yoga, Zumba, or TRX, offering dynamic, high-energy, or strength-focused workouts without the large equipment.

Drop-ins: Ideal for trying a single class or for very occasional visits. You pay per class as you go, offering maximum flexibility but typically the highest per-class rate.

Memberships (Monthly): These are recurring, auto-renewing plans (like 4 or 8 classes/month, or Unlimited). They offer the best per-class value for consistent attendance and build a regular movement habit with additional perks

Class Packs: You purchase a set number of classes (e.g., 5 or 10) upfront to use at your own pace within a specific expiration period. They offer more flexibility than a membership (no auto-renew) and a better per-class rate than a drop-in.

After you've completed the checkout process, you'll be able to book your classes or sessions. 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership. To make changes, please contact the studio directly at least seven days before your next billing cycle.

As an MMC Member or Claspack holder, please select 'Pay Later' when booking your class.

A $10 processing fee will be charged for all 'Pay Later' registrations made by clients who do not hold an active class package. This fee will be added to the standard class price.

We require a 12-hour notice for class cancellations to avoid losing your class credit. For private sessions, a 24-hour notice is required.
