Intro to Pilates Equip
Way more than just a reformer class.
Get an invigorating full body workout in a small group setting. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and have a chance to explore all of the major pieces of equipment in the Pilates collection.
Each piece of Pilates equipment has a unique quality. By seamlessly incorporating multiple apparatus, in one classes you workout will have more texture and viatlity.
Pilates Equip Circuit
A unique Pilates class that's a fantastic way to get a full-body workout. The class utilizes a variety of Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, to help you work your core, strength, and flexibility.
The class is typically divided into stations, where you will focus on different exercises for a set amount of time. This helps to keep the class challenging and engaging.
Pilates in the Park
A family friendly Pilates Mat class that's fun & challenging. Takes place in Chula Vista's Memorial Park Directly across from the Farmer Market. Sliding scale donations help support MMC Maternal Health initiatives.
Lunar Flow Yoga
In this class you have the opportunity to use yoga as a vessel to connect with the energy and wisdom of the moon.
Lunar Flow yoga invites you to embrace the nurturing qualities of love, compassion, and grace within cultivating deep self-care and inner harmony.
Through intentional movement and breath, together we promote self-awareness, balance, and a profound sense of well-being.
This practice encourages us to listen deeply to our bodies: physically, mentally, and emotionally
Zumba Dance Party
A 50 minute dance party w/ Precious that takes you on a journey through Latin rhythms, which are the core of the Zumba formula.
Precious adds even more flare with R&B, Rock, Reggae, Afrobeats, Brazilian Funk, Neo Soul, and so much more.
It's an interval fitness program that will leave you feeling invigorated and truly inspired. Grab your sneakers, towel, a bottle of water, and your bestie- and meet Precious on the dance floor!

MMC Weekly Schedule
Every day of the week, there is a new chance to move with MMC.
We ask that all private sessions and group classes be booked 24 hours in advance.
Funds from Community classes support MMC Maternal Health Initiatives.
All equipment classes require an introductory 1:1 session.
